2025 Year of the Snake Chinese New Year Carnival 2025蛇年新春嘉年华演出

On February 2nd, 2025 (the fifth day of the first lunar month), the Year of the Snake Chinese New Year Carnival was grandly opened at Takapuna Beach on Auckland's North Shore. The event was jointly hosted by the New Zealand China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Auckland Huaxing Arts Troupe, with guests from politics, the expatriate community, the media, and other sectors joining in the celebration. The venue was filled with a vibrant atmosphere of festivity, with dragon dances, dance performances, folk music ensembles, fashion shows, and more. The God of Wealth distributed red envelopes, and food stalls with a variety of traditional treats added to the celebratory spirit.

Boya Guzheng was invited to perform at the carnival's opening ceremony, contributing a series of stunning guzheng ensembles to enhance the festive mood. The performance repertoire was diverse, with the powerful Harvest Drum evoking a lively festive atmosphere, and the melodic Purple Bamboo Melody flowing with the poetic charm of the Jiangnan region. The joyous Golden Snake Dance raised the excitement of the crowd, while the spirited Step by Step Higher and A Laugh in the Sea elevated the energy to its peak, with the music exuding an uplifting and vigorous spirit. The audience was captivated by the soothing sounds of the guzheng, with applause and cheers echoing throughout.

Boya Guzheng has been committed to promoting Chinese traditional music and culture, frequently being invited to participate in major celebrations and cultural exchange events across New Zealand, showcasing the unique charm and artistic beauty of the guzheng to local audiences. At this New Year carnival, the troupe once again captivated the audience with their splendid performance, offering heartfelt New Year blessings to the Chinese community.

2025年2月2日（正月初五），由新西兰中国国际贸易促进委员会与奥克兰华星艺术团联合主办的“蛇年新春嘉年华”在奥克兰北岸Takapuna海滩盛大开幕。政界、侨界、媒体及各界嘉宾共襄盛举，现场人潮涌动，年味浓厚。舞龙、舞蹈、民乐合奏、服装秀等精彩节目轮番上演，财神派发红包，年货美食摊位琳琅满目，洋溢着浓浓的节日氛围。

博雅筝团受邀参与嘉年华开幕式演出，以一系列精彩的古筝合奏，为节日增添喜庆色彩。演出曲目风格多元，既有气势磅礴的《丰收锣鼓》，展现出欢腾热烈的节庆氛围；又有旋律悠扬的《紫竹调》，流淌着诗意般的江南韵味；喜庆热烈的《金蛇狂舞》掀起现场高潮，尽显节日喜悦；而激昂奔放的《步步高》和《沧海一声笑》更是将气氛推向巅峰，琴声激昂高亢，展现出昂扬向上的精神风貌。现场观众沉醉于悠扬的筝音之中，掌声与喝彩声此起彼伏。
