2025 Lunar New Year Celebration 2025农历新年庆典演出

On February 20th, 2025, the Lunar New Year celebration, jointly hosted by New Zealand's Chinese Pioneer Newspaper, Mercedes-Benz Botany, and Aedifice Property Group, was grandly held in Auckland. The event was attended by many distinguished guests, with the venue beautifully decorated, lion dances, and the sound of drums filling the air, creating a festive atmosphere in celebration of the auspicious Year of the Snake.

Boya Guzheng was invited to perform, bringing the audience a visual and auditory feast that blended tradition and modernity. The performance included the energetic Harvest Drums, which heralded the joy of the festival, the melodious Poppy, showcasing the beauty of ancient Eastern melodies, the lively Golden Snake Dance, which brought the excitement of the New Year to its peak, the upbeat Step by Step Higher, symbolising progress and prosperity, and the dramatic A Laugh in the Sea, evoking grand and sweeping imagery through the flowing guzheng music. The audience was immersed in the enchanting sounds of the guzheng, with applause and praise echoing throughout the event.

The performance not only brought together the Chinese community in New Zealand but also attracted many local friends, all coming together to experience the unique charm of Chinese traditional culture. Through their music, Boya Guzheng built a cultural bridge, allowing the sounds of the guzheng to echo softly in the night sky of the New Year.

2025年2月20日，由新西兰中文先驱报、Mercedes-Benz Botany 与 Aedifice Property Group 联合主办的农历新年庆祝活动在奥克兰盛大举行。嘉宾云集，现场张灯结彩，舞狮鼓乐齐鸣，美酒佳肴飘香，共同迎接祥瑞蛇年的到来。

博雅筝团受邀参演，以精彩的古筝演奏，为现场观众带来一场融合传统与现代的视听盛宴。《丰收锣鼓》鼓点铿锵，奏响节庆的喜悦；《虞美人》婉转悠扬，展现东方古韵之美；《金蛇狂舞》旋律跳跃，将新春的热烈气氛推向高潮；《步步高》节奏轻快，寓意蒸蒸日上、步步高升；而《沧海一声笑》更是豪情万丈，在琴音流转间勾勒出壮阔的画卷。现场观众沉浸在悠扬的筝韵之中，掌声此起彼伏，赞誉不断。
