3rd New Zealand Chinese Online Spring Festival Gala 第三届新西兰华人网络春晚

On the 29th of January 2023, teacher Lin Zheng led Boya Guzheng in participating in the 3rd New Zealand Chinese Online Spring Festival Gala, co-hosted by the New Zealand Pacific Culture and Arts Development Association and the New Zealand China-New Zealand Cultural Exchange Association.

The four-hour celebratory performance brought together over a hundred artists and numerous performing arts organisations from China, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and other places. The programme included a wide variety of performances such as songs, opera, dance, instrumental music, orchestral music, comedy, beatboxing, acrobatics, and magic, featuring a dazzling array of stars and continuous excitement.

As a treasure of the Chinese nation's five-thousand-year-old civilisation, the guzheng has always been an indispensable part of events that promote traditional Chinese culture. During the gala, Boya Guzheng performed the piece Boundless Homeland, expressing infinite praise for the motherland with their plucking fingers and conveying beautiful blessings for the homeland through their music. 2023年1月29日（农历正月初八），青年古筝演奏家郑琳老师率领新西兰博雅筝团受邀参加由新西兰太平洋文化艺术发展协会和新西兰新中文化交流协会联合主办的第三届新西兰华人网络春晚。

在历时4个小时的贺岁演出中，汇聚了来自中国、英国、澳大利亚、新西兰等地百余位艺术家与众多演艺机构倾情献演的精彩节目。其中，涵盖了歌曲、戏曲、舞蹈、器乐、管弦乐、相声、双簧、口技、杂技、魔术等众多表演形式，群星荟萃、精彩不断。

古筝作为中华民族五千年文明宝库中的瑰宝，在传扬中国传统文化的宴会上一直是不可或缺的部分。在晚会中，新西兰博雅筝团为华人华侨朋友们带来了古筝合奏《万疆》，在弹指间抒发着对祖国的无限赞美，在歌声中表达着对祖国的美好祝福！祝愿大家兔年大吉！万事如意！
