2025 Chinese New Year Flower Market Fun Day 2025新春花市同乐日

On January 25th, 2025, the Chinese New Year Flower Market Fun Day grandly opened at the ASB Showgrounds in Auckland. Local Chinese community art groups came together to present an outstanding cultural performance, blending traditional forms such as Peking opera, folk songs, dance, and Chinese instrumental music. The event also showcased elements of traditional Chinese culture, including Chinese painting, calligraphy, chess, as well as Chinese New Year goods, food, and traditional medicine, creating a lively and festive atmosphere.

As one of the largest Chinese New Year celebrations in New Zealand, the Chinese New Year Flower Market Fun Day has a rich history spanning over 30 years. Zheng’s Music Studio has been honoured to be invited to perform for many consecutive years. During this event, members of Boya Guzheng performed a captivating selection of pieces, including the lively Harvest Drums, the graceful Purple Bamboo Melody, the festive and dynamic Golden Snake Dance, and the passionate Step by Step Higher. Their performance received unanimous praise from the audience. The outstanding performance not only enhanced the festive atmosphere but also immersed the audience in the enchanting rhythms of the guzheng.

2025年1月25日，“新春花市同乐日”在奥克兰市ASB SHOWGROUND盛大开幕。本地侨界艺术团体联袂呈现了一场融合京剧、民歌、舞蹈、民乐等形式的精彩文艺演出。此外，活动还汇聚了中国画、书法、象棋等传统文化元素，以及年货、美食、中医等丰富内容，人潮涌动，年味十足。

作为新西兰规模最大的迎新春活动之一，“新春花市同乐日”已有逾30年的悠久历史。新西兰筝乐工作室连续多年受邀参演，深感荣幸。本次活动中，博雅筝团的成员们以合奏形式倾情演绎了热闹欢腾的《丰收锣鼓》、柔美抒情的《紫竹调》、喜庆动感的《金蛇狂舞》，以及高亢热烈的《步步高》，赢得观众们的一致好评！精彩的演出不仅为现场增添了浓厚的节日氛围，也让观众沉浸在筝乐的韵律之中。
