2022 New Zealand Chinese New Year Online Gala 新西兰华人网络春晚

On the 5th of February 2022, young guzheng artist Lin Zheng, along with Boya Guzheng, was invited to participate in the 2022 New Zealand Chinese New Year Online Gala. This event was jointly hosted by the New Zealand Pacific Culture and Arts Development Association and the New Zealand China Cultural Exchange Association. Many VIPs, including diplomats from China and representatives from the Chinese Federation of Overseas Chinese and the Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, as well as New Zealand government ministers and members of parliament, mayors and councillors of various cities, extended their heartfelt wishes for the gala!

During the four-and-a-half-hour show, Boya Guzheng was the first to perform, capturing the audience's attention. As a treasured part of China's five-thousand-year-old civilisation, the guzheng has always been an essential element in promoting Chinese traditional culture. The next performance was the Peking Opera The Palace of Eternal Youth, performed by renowned Peking Opera artists Kuizhi Yu and Shengsu Li. Additionally, artists and performers from China, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, and other countries presented a variety of performances, including songs, dances, instrumental music, sketches, acrobatics, magic, and face-changing. These diverse artistic acts made the Year of the Tiger Online Gala a star-studded and vibrant celebration!

2022年2月5日，青年古筝演奏家郑琳老师率领新西兰博雅筝团受邀参加由新西兰太平洋文化艺术发展协会和新西兰新中文化交流协会联合主办的2022（虎年）新西兰华人网络春晚。来自中国驻新西兰的外交官，中国侨联和江苏省侨联领导，新西兰部长和国会议员，各城市市长和市议员，艺术家和艺术团体，以及众多中外朋友都为春晚献上了衷心的祝福！

在这场长达四个半小时的晚会节目中，新西兰博雅筝团作为首个表演节目出现在观众的视野。古筝作为中华民族五千年文明宝库中的瑰宝，在传扬中国传统文化的宴会上一直是不可或缺的部分。紧接着出场的表演节目是京剧《长生殿》，由著名京剧表演艺术家于魁智，李胜素倾情出演。不仅于此，来自中国、新西兰、加拿大、澳大利亚等国家的艺术家和文艺工作者联袂为春晚奉献了歌曲、京剧、舞蹈、器乐、小品、杂技、魔术、变脸等形式多样的文艺节目，让虎年网络春晚明星璀璨、缤纷多彩！
