Auckland Mid-Autumn Festival Gala 中秋国庆联欢晚会演出

The ‘2016 Auckland Mid-Autumn Festival Gala’ was jointly organised by the Auckland Chinese Students and Scholars Association, the New Zealand Chinese Youth Federation, and twelve other student and youth groups. Invited by the organisers, Zheng’s Music Studio and the New Zealand Chaoshan Arts Troupe performed a guzheng and string ensemble rendition of Full Moon and Blooming Flowers, which received unanimous praise from the audience and won the ‘Best Performance Award.’

Full Moon and Blooming Flowers, originally composed by Yijun Huang and later adapted into an orchestral piece by Xiuwen Peng, was re-arranged by Lin Zheng for this performance. Integrating the guzheng with a string ensemble, the adaptation beautifully fused Eastern and Western instruments, aptly expressing the joy of celebrating the festival together with fellow countrymen in a foreign land.

由奥克兰中国学生学者联谊会协同新西兰中华青年联合会等十二家学生青年团体联合举办的 “2016奥克兰中秋联欢晚会”。受主办方邀请，新西兰筝乐工作室与新西兰潮属艺术团演奏的古筝与弦乐队《花好月圆》获得了在场观众的一致好评，并获得“最佳表演奖”。

《花好月圆》这首乐曲是由黄贻钧作曲，后经彭修文改编成民族管弦乐作品。此次郑琳对《花好月圆》进行再次改编，以古筝与弦乐队为表现形式，将中西方乐器进行交融，贴切地表达了异国与同胞共庆佳节的喜悦。
