Lunar New Year Family Fun Day 2021新春家庭同乐日演出

On the 13th of February 2021, Westfield Shopping Centre hosted the Chinese New Year Family Fun Day at St Lukes and Albany malls. The event, organised by the New Zealand Pacific Culture and Arts Exchange Centre, attracted a continuous stream of visitors and was filled with lively activities.

Artists from around Auckland presented a variety of captivating performances, including lion dances, face-changing acts, and calligraphy demonstrations. Zheng’s Music Studio had the honour of being invited to this New Year event, where they showcased the traditional Chinese instrument, the guzheng. Boya Guzheng meticulously prepared guzheng ensemble pieces such as Spring is Coming, Jasmine Flower, Blue and White Porcelain, and Listen to Me Say Thank You, which were warmly received by the audience, creating a joyous atmosphere for the New Year celebration!

2021 年2月13日，由新西兰最大的连锁超市 Westfield Shopping Centre 主办，新西兰太平洋文化艺术交流中心承办的新春家庭同乐日在 St Lukes 及 Albany 商场举行，现场的观众络绎不绝，热闹非凡。

来自奥克兰市的艺术家们纷纷献上了精彩纷呈的节目，有舞狮、变脸、书法等。新西兰筝乐工作室有幸受邀参加了本次新春活动，为大家带来了中国传统乐器——古筝表演。由工作室的博雅筝团精心准备的古筝合奏《春天来了》、《茉莉花》、《青花瓷》和《听我说谢谢你》受到了观众们的喜爱，其乐融融过大年！
